Contact and Application Forms: We collect personal data such as name, email address, business name and the nature of the support request for the sole purpose of providing support to our valued customers. We keep contact form submission data for the duration of our contract with you for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted for marketing purposes.

Email Signup: We use Mailchimp.com to collect first name, last name and email address for the sole purpose of delivery of occasional marketing, newsletters or technical alerts via email.

Information you provide: We collect personal information only for the purposes of fulfilling orders, providing a high level of customer service and gaining knowledge regarding what our customers want. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA


We keep contact form entries, and analytics records for twenty-six months, and customer purchase records for at least seven years or for the duration of the contracted relationship. We retain our Mailchimp.com data for as long as the customer remains opted-in to the service.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
